IEP

IEP is an education management system shaped around the full student lifecycle: admissions, enrollment, academics, attendance, transportation, finance, medical records, and staff operations.

I developed twelve interconnected frontend modules and designed the digital admission journey that moves a student from public application to admin approval to platform access. Admins, staff, and students each get secure dashboards driven by permissions, not duplicated UI forks.

The hard problem was density. Complex educational workflows had to become reusable tables, filters, search, validation, and forms that still felt intuitive. I collaborated with backend engineers and stakeholders to turn those rules into scalable frontend patterns instead of one-off screens.
